19. Scooe of Agreement. This writing constitutes the entire Agreement between <br />the parties relative to the aforementioned services for the project and modification hereof <br />shall not be effective unless and until such modification is evidenced by a written <br />amendment signed by both parties to this Agreement. <br /> <br /> 20. Extension of Agreement. City may request an annual extension of this <br />Agreement by mailing a notice in writing to Consultant of the intent to extend the <br />Agreement. Consultant shall submit to the City any proposed fee changes as a result of <br />such an extension.
