EXHIBIT C ] <br /> <br />TRAFFIC MODEL OPERATION AND IMPROVEMENT AGILEEMENT (Contract No. C-02-058) <br /> <br />AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> <br /> DOWLING ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />Section 6 of the Contract for Consultant Services entered into on July 16, 2002 by and between the <br />City of Pleasanton and Dowling Associates, Inc. for on-going City Traffic Model Operation and <br />Improvement, include operating the city model to evaluate City specific plans, General Plan <br />amendments, and traffic impact studies, as requested by City staff, is hereby amended as follows, <br />"This contract shall extend from the execution date until midnight, December 3 I, 2005." <br /> <br />Section 7 of the Contract for Consultant Services is hereby amended as follows, "For the services to <br />be rendered hereunder, City shall pay Consultant on a time-and-materials basis, not to exceed <br />$750,000 for over the term of the contract. Payments for work during the 2005 calendar year shall be <br />based on rate schedule per attached Exhibit "B" dated March 30, 2005.
