<br />30. This project is subject to the recommendations made in the <br />noise report by Edward L. Pack & Associates, Inc. (nTraffic <br />Noise Assessment study for the Planned single-Family <br />Development at the Bonde Ranch, Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton), <br />Project No. 23-06l, dated July 8, 1990, and made part of this <br />case by reference. All recommendations are subject to <br />approval of the Director of Planning. <br /> <br />3l. The developer shall submit new names for Patricia Place, Ann <br />Place, Patricia Way, and Cynthia Place with application of the <br />final map. The names for these streets shall reflect the <br />theme established by the street names for the Ventana Hills <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />32. Limited grading on Lot 96 may be done underneath the drip line <br />of the existing oak tree located on this lot. All grading to <br />be done near this tree shall be supervised by a licensed <br />arborist. After grading is completed, a compliance report <br />shall be provided to the Director of Planning. <br /> <br />33. The developer shall construct a sidewalk from Arlene Place <br />down the slope to the end of the sidewalk on Independence <br />Drive. Sidewalk construction shall be sensitive to the lay- <br />of-the-land and existing trees. This requirement may be <br />waived by the City Engineer and the Director of Planning. <br /> <br />34. The developer shall align Hopkins Way with the approximate <br />centerline of the open space area located between Lots 7l-75 <br />and Lots 76-80. The revised alignment shall be provided for <br />review and approval by the City Engineer and the Director of <br />Planning prior to approval of the final map. <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-9l-79 <br />October 23, 1991 <br />
