AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES Amendment No. 2 THIS AMENDMENT NO. 2 to the Agreement for Consultant Serwces ~s made th~s 21 day June 2005, between the City of Pleasanton, a municipal corporation (City) and Rasmussen Planning, Inc. (Consultant). WITNESSETH A. Consultant and City entered into an agreement entitled Agreement for Consultant Services on December 1, 2004. B. Consultant and City entered into Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Consultant Services on April 5, 2005. C. Both parties desire to amend the Agreement to include additional tasks to the scope of work described in Exhibit A-1 and to increase the agreement amount accordingly. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, City and Consultant agree upon the modifications to the original Agreement as follows: Section 1 of the Agreement, "Consultant Services," is amended to include the additional tasks set forth in Exhibit A-l, which is attached and incorporated under this Amendment No. 2. 2. Section 7 of the Agreement is here amended as follows: Compensation. For the services to be rendered under this Amendment No. 2, City shall pay Consultant an amount not to exceed $31,330, for a total amount not to exceed $78,910 under the Agreement as amended." In all other respects, the terms and provisions of the Agreement for Consultant Services, dated December 1,2004, are to continue in full force and effect.
