(CM-04-127), for the Bernal Property <br />Project <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council take the following actions. <br /> <br />Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Consultant Agreement with <br />Rasmussen Planning, Inc., dated December 1, 2004, for assistance <br />in the completion of the Draft Bernal Property Phase II Specific <br />Plan and approval of the Bemal Community Park Phase I <br />PUD plans, and coordination of the Environmental Impact <br />Report (EIR) process. <br /> <br />Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the <br />Consultant Agreement. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />The City Manager approved an Agreement with Rasmussen Planning, Inc., <br />dated December 1, 2004, to provide professional planning services to assist <br />in updating the Draft Bemal Property Phase II Specific Plan in an amount <br />not to exceed $19,500. On April 5, 2005, the City Council approved <br />Amendment No. 1 to the Consultant Agreement for assistance in the <br />preparation of the Draft Bernal Property Phase II Specific Plan and the <br />processing of the Bernal Community Park Phase I PUD plans. This current <br />action would authorize an Amendment to the initial Agreement for <br />additional consultant services related to assistance in the completion of the <br />Draft Bernal Property Phase II Specific Plan and approval of the Bernal <br />Community Park Phase I PUD plans, and coordination of the EIR process, <br />in an amount not to exceed $31,330. <br /> <br />SR 05:164 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
