<br />5. The Design Review Board shall be directed to give <br />highest priority to the design of these houses with <br />particular attention to reduced height, FAR, <br />massing of the houses, color, roof/siding <br />materials, grading, and landscaping on visually- <br />sensitive lots. <br /> <br />6. No building permit shall be issued for any houses <br />on Lots 20 through 27, 30 through 38, 45, 48, and <br />49 of Tract 6033 until the reforestation plan is <br />installed and/or under way with adequate security. <br /> <br />7. A legal document shall be prepared defining <br />specifically how the homeowner and the developer <br />will interact as to reforestation should the <br />homeowner have to proceed before the developer <br />does, as to cost, purchasing, and equitable <br />adjustments. No occupancy shall be allowed on a <br />lot until reforestation is completed, but that <br />construction can begin before reforestation is <br />completed. <br /> <br />Section 2.
