Our understanding of the project is: <br /> <br />The rest room building will include a five fixture women's toilet room, five fixture men's toilet room <br />(3 udnals and 2 toilets), 1 family toilet room, 1 janitodstorage room, and an accessible plumbing <br />wall/room. <br /> <br />· The rest room building will be located on the existing Delucchi Park parcel and will be designed to <br /> conform with the current Master Plan design. <br /> <br />· The City's established 'project budget' for the building is $300,000. <br /> <br />· The design process will be collaborative with city staff and will be developed to gain community <br /> consensus. <br /> <br />DESIGN TEAM.
