<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALJ:FORNJ:A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-63 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MAJOR MODIFICATION AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-8S-8-7M/PUD-81-30-2SM, THE APPLICATION OF <br />PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has applied for a major <br />modification to the approved Hacienda Business Park PUD <br />to modify the parking standard for industrial and office <br />uses from 4 parking spaces per 1,000 gross square feet of <br />building area to 3 parking spaces per 1,000 gross square <br />feet of building area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Industrial, commercial and Offices District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed hearing of September 11, 1991, the <br />Planning commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the project has been determined to be a Class 5 <br />categorical exemption pursuant to section 15305 of the <br />State CEQA Guidelines; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed modification <br />appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-85-8-7M/PUD-81-30-25M, <br />the application of Prudential Insurance Company for a major <br />modification to the approved Hacienda Business Park PUD to <br />modify the parking standard for industrial and office uses <br />from 4 parking spaces per 1,000 gross square feet of building <br />area to 3 parking spaces per 1,000 gross square feet of <br />building area, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. All previous conditions and requirements of PUD-85-8 and <br />PUD-81-30 shall remain in effect and in full force, <br />except as modified herein. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Parking <br />Hacienda <br />with the <br /> <br />for office and industrial uses within the <br />Business Park shall be provided in accordance <br />following: <br /> <br />a. Parking shall be provided at a minimum <br />ratio of 3 parking spaces per 1,000 <br />sq. ft. of gross building area. <br />
