<br />1. That the proposed use shall conform substantially <br />to the site plan, and narrative, Exhibit A (dated <br />"Received June 28, J.99J." and "Received July J.7, <br />1991"), on file with the Planning Department, <br />except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. That the use shall be conducted entirely within the <br />building at all times. All doors shall be closed <br />during class times. <br /> <br />3. That if operation of this use results in conflicts <br />pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other <br />factors, at the discretion on the Planning <br />Director, this matter can be submi tted to the <br />Planning commission for their subsequent review at <br />a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may <br />modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate <br />such impacts, or may revoke said use permit. <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall have a 15 minute break between <br />classes. <br /> <br />5. The class size shall be limited to a total of 15 <br />dogs. <br /> <br />6. That if additional activities beyond that proposed <br />in the written narrative, dated "Received June 28, <br />1991" on file with the Planning Department are <br />desired, prior City review and approval is <br />required. Such modifications shall be submitted to <br />the Planning Director, who shall refer the matter <br />to the Planning commission if judged to be <br />substantial. <br /> <br />7. That no signage is approved as part of this <br />application. Any signage shall conform to the <br />existing approved sign program for the Valley <br />Business Park or shall require design review <br />approval. <br /> <br />8. The applicant shall be responsible for retrieving <br />and/or cleaning any and all waste generated by this <br />use, both on-site and all immediately adjacent <br />properties off-site. <br /> <br />9. That all other applicable City permits shall be <br />obtained by the applicant. <br /> <br />Section 2.
