The sign may utilize individual, internally illuminated <br />channel letters, or letters may be individually routed in <br />the sign cabinet and illuminated from within. No can signs <br />shall be permitted. <br /> <br />e. The design of the sign shall reflect the architectural <br />style and materials of the shopping center buildings. <br /> <br />f. The area around the base of the sign shall be <br />appropriately landscaped with accent shrub species listed in <br />the Hacienda Business Park guidelines. <br /> <br />~ General Conditions <br /> <br />21. At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other <br />attention-getting devices be utilized on the site except as <br />allowed by section 18.96.060K of the Zoning Ordinance for <br />grand openings or by section 18.116.040 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance if approved by temporary conditional use permit as <br />part of a decorating plan in conjunction with shopping <br />center promotional events. At no time shall spot lighting <br />be used after 10:00 PM in conjunction with such grand <br />openings and/or promotional events. <br /> <br />22. All business must be carried on within a building. Any tire <br />or oil changing, tire or auto repair, etc. performed at the <br />Wal-Mart T.B.O. must be performed in the building and not on <br />any of the paved surfaces in its vicinity. No outdoor <br />merchandising or outdoor display is permitted other than as <br />permitted through a temporary conditional use permit for a <br />shopping center sale. <br /> <br />23. All shopping carts, when not in use, shall be stored inside <br />the building. Permanent parking lot shopping cart "corrals" <br />shall be installed within 120 days of the opening of the <br />store to the general public. These corrals should be <br />painted in a color complementary to the building or its <br />accent colors (dark blue or green). <br /> <br />24. The developer shall submit a final lighting plan for the <br />building and the site for the review and approval of the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits. <br />said lighting plan shall show the fOllowing: <br /> <br />a. All light poles shall be located in a protected, <br />landscaped island. <br /> <br />b. Relocate the light poles by the T.B.O. and the garden <br />center and add light poles along the Rosewood Drive entry to <br />the satisfaction of the city Engineer. <br />
