PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-93-70 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH AMERICA FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-85-8-5D WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company of North America has applied for development plan approval to construct an approximately 126,390 square foot retail store on a 15.06 acre portion of a 32.3 acre site located at the northeast corner of Hacienda Drive and Owens Drive in the Hacienda Business Park; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of December Commission received a proposed Case PUD-85-8-5D; and 8, 1993, the Planning negative declaration for WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the Initial study dated October 19, 1993, and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds proposed project would not have effects on the environment. that approval of the any significant adverse NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for the application of Prudential Insurance Company of North America for development plan approval to construct an approximately 126,390 square foot retail store on a 15.06 acre portion of a 32.3 acre site located at the northeast corner of Hacienda Drive and Owens Drive in the Hacienda Business Park. section 2.
