<br />3. The applicant shall submit landscape and irrigation <br />plans for the dirt stockpile. Landscaping shall <br />consist of fast-growing, drought tolerant <br />groundcovers or hydroseed, and the irrigation plan <br />shall describe the method and frequency of watering <br />sufficient for the growth and continued health of <br />the plants. Said plans shall be subject to review <br />and approval by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />4. That all other applicable City permits shall be <br />obtained for the dirt stockpile. <br /> <br />5. The dirt stockpile may continue to remain on the <br />site for period of 2 years from the date of <br />approval, with an option for 2 more years, if all <br />conditions of approval are adequately met. <br />Extension for the second 2 years shall be subject <br />to the approval of the Planning Director. <br /> <br />6. No fill shall be placed within any tree driplines. <br /> <br />section 2.
