Conditions of approval <br />have been included which will ensure that the safety and <br />general welfare of the surrounding neighborhood is <br />maintained. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT ON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case UP-91-35, the application of Sherin <br />Gahrahmat for a conditional use permit to stockpile <br />approximately 150,000 cubic yards of dirt for future use <br />on a vacant site located at 2900 Martin Avenue subject to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the proposed use shall conform substantially <br />to the site plan, and related materials, Exhibit A <br />(dated "Received July 8, 1991"), on file with the <br />Planning Department, except as modified by these <br />conditions. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall submit dust control and erosion <br />and sedimentation control plans or procedures to <br />the City for the dirt stockpile.
