The proposed conditional use will comply with each <br />of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br /> <br />As proposed and conditioned, each applicable <br />provision will be satisfied. Parking will be <br />provided in accordance to the City standards. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as conditioned, the proposed conditional use permit for <br />the operation of an automobile body shop would permit a <br />use which is appropriate with the subject site and <br />consistent with the surrounding uses. The two potential <br />adverse impacts, parking and facility maintenance, have <br />been examined and properly addressed. with the <br />appropriate conditions, a blanket use permit should be <br />approved for the entire building. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASAHTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case UP-9l-22, the application of David and <br />Dolores Sanchez for a conditional use permit to operate <br />an automotive body shop at an existing facility located <br />at 3687 Old Santa Rita Road subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
