<br />10. The back door of the restaurant shall serve as a formal entrance <br />to the facility. Signage to this effect shall be posted. The <br />specific details of said signage shall be reviewed and approved <br />by the Planning Director prior to the commencement of use of the <br /> <br />game arcade. <br /> <br />11. Bicycle racks shall be installed to the satisfaction of the <br />Planning Director. Details of the installation, including type, <br />location number, and timing of installation shall be submitted <br />for review and approval by the Planning Director prior to the <br />commencement of use of the arcade game room. <br /> <br />12.
