<br />present plans are deficient only in that the back- <br />up space for the garage is 24 feet, instead of 25 <br />feet. This deficiency will be addressed prior to <br />hearing before the Design Review Board. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the project meets the criteria as set forth by the state <br />Government Code Section 65852.2; as conditioned, adheres <br />to the requirements of the Pleasanton Municipal Code; and <br />meets the required findings for approval of a Conditional <br />Use Permit. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-91-11 the application of Doug Ahboltin <br />for a conditional use permit to construct an <br />approximately 640 square foot second unit in conjunction <br />with a new single-family residence to be located at 4089 <br />Vineyard Avenue SUbject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
