The proposed conditional use will comply with each <br />of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br /> <br />As proposed and conditioned, each applicable <br />provision will be satisfied. Parking will be <br />provided in excess of city standards. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed use, as conditioned, is appropriate with the <br />subject site and consistent with the surrounding uses. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case UP-91-08 the application of Pleasanton <br />Auto Repair and Service for a conditional use permit to <br />operate an automobile repair facility in a building <br />located at 3880 Old santa Rita Road, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
