<br />1. Condition Number 2 of PUD-89-6 is modified to read <br />as fo11ows: <br /> <br />That at no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, <br />or other attention-getting advertising devices be <br />utilized on the site except as allowed by section <br />18.96.060K of the zoning Ordinance for grand <br />openings or by Section 18.116.040 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance if approved by temporary conditional use <br />permit as part of a decorating plan in conjunction <br />with shopping center promotional events. Hot-air <br />type balloons may be used for grand openings for a <br />maximum of one day or in accordance with the rules <br />affecting such balloons for other businesses in the <br />city. At no time shall spot lighting or automobile <br />racks be allowed on the site. <br /> <br />section 2.
