EIR evaluated the effects of the rezoning and proposed development plan of the project, including subdivision of the property. The mitigation measures required in the EIR for the PUD were incorporated into the conditions of approval for the PUD and are addressed in the tentative map and, where appropriate, incorporated into the conditions of approval of the tentative map. This project is not considered a new application under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), so no new environmental document accompanies this report; and WHEREAS, the tentative map and the modified grading plan (Exhibit A, dated March 22, 1991) are in substantial conformance with the approved PUD for this site, PUD-89-21, with the condition that a one-story home on Lot 7 shall be required to assure compliance with the aesthetic/visual considerations of the PUD and the EIR. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: section 1. Approves Tract 6400, the application of Presley Homes of Northern California for approval to subdivide an approximately 271 acre site into 100 single-family lots with a minimum lot size of l5,000 square feet located generally southwest of the intersection of Dublin Canyon Road and Foothill Road) subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless approved prior to that time.
