<br />configured as shown, or to the satisfaction of the city <br />Engineer. Said portion of property shall be dedicated to the <br />City for public street purposes. <br /> <br />39. No private driveways may be gated or locked in any fashion to <br />preclude public access. <br /> <br />40. The final disposition of the property line, fencing and <br />drainage swale between Lots 90, 99 and 100 and the eastern <br />tract boundary line shall be determined prior to City council <br />approval of the Final Map. <br /> <br />41. The developer shall disclose to the buyer of Lot 71 that this <br />lot may be subj ect to intermi ttent occurrences of dust, <br />horses, flies and/or farm equipment noise from the adjacent <br />property to the north. This notice shall be reviewed and <br />approved by the City Attorney prior to the sale of Lot 71. <br />This notice shall be included in the deed to this property. <br /> <br />42. The home for Lot 7 shall be a single-story structure, with a <br />maximum height of 24 feet measured from lowest point of grade <br />to highest roof peak. <br /> <br />43. All storm water run-off from Lots 39, 40 and 42 shall be <br />channelled to storm drains through roof leaders, unless <br />drainage calculations submitted with the Final Grading Plan <br />can show that storm flows across the open space will be <br />reduced from those prior to development to those after <br />development occurs. Said calculations shall be to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />44. Prior to commencement of final design of "A" street near its <br />intersection with Foothill Road, the developer's engineer <br />shall meet with the City's Traffic Engineer to ensure that the <br />street alignment at the intersection meets city standards. <br /> <br />45. Gray water shall be used for dust control or grading <br />activities. This water may be obtained from the Dublin San <br />Ramon Sanitary District (DSRSD) Wastewater Treatment Plant at <br />7399 Johnson Drive in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-22 <br />March 27, 1991 <br />
