The plan conforms to the purposes of the PUD <br />District: <br /> <br />The proposed plan conforms to the purposes of the <br />PUD Ordinance by providing safe access to the site <br />and adequate on-site parking and circulation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of the application of Lee Reid and <br />Jim Myers for development plan approval to allow the <br />construction of a two-story, four-building self-storage <br />facility totaling 58,422 sq. ft. on a 1.38 acre site <br />located at 3722 Old Santa Rita Road subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
