<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Resolution No. PC-91-19 <br /> <br />1. Permitted Uses <br /> <br />a. Lots 1 through 113 <br /> <br />Permitted and conditional use of the R-1 One-Family <br />Residential District as listed in the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code. <br /> <br />b. Bonde Residence <br /> <br />Permitted and conditional use of the R-1 one-Family <br />Residential District as listed in the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Private stables or barns for the keeping and <br />training of horses, provided that stables or barns <br />maintain a 50' minimum separation from property <br />line and a minimum 100' separation from any other <br />dwelling. <br /> <br />c. Open Space Areas <br /> <br />Open space uses, including agricultural grazing and <br />public trails as may be approved by the City Parks <br />and Recreation commission or other authorized body. <br /> <br />2. Development Plan <br /> <br />a. The development plan for Case PUD-90-18 shall conform <br />substantially with the plans dated "Received, March 28, <br />1991", Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department, <br />except as modified by the following conditions of <br />approval. <br /> <br />b. This development plan shall have no further validity, <br />force, or effect in the event that any of the following <br />occur: <br /> <br />The applicant fails to receive growth management <br />approval within 2 1/2 years of PUD approval; or <br /> <br />Subsequent to such approval, the applicant allows <br />the growth management approval to lapse. <br /> <br />If this development plan lapses, then the applicant shall <br />be required to submit the same or new development plan <br />for City approval prior to development of the site. <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-19 <br />March 13, 1991 <br />
