The developer shall be responsible for any <br />widening to accomplish said striping. <br /> <br />Bernal <br />Drive <br />street <br /> <br />29. The developer shall pay a pro-rata share, as determined by the <br />City Engineer of the installation of the 8" sanitary sewer in <br />Bernal Avenue between Windmill Way and Puerto vallerta, <br />approximately 450'. <br /> <br />30. The developer shall pay a pro-rata share, as determined by the <br />City Engineer of the installation of a 10" water line in <br />Bernal Avenue between Independence Drive and Windmill Way, <br />approximately 500'. <br /> <br />31. The developer shall contribute funds towards the acquisition <br />of one wildland fire-fighting vehicle for the Fire Department, <br />and one off-road 4-wheel drive vehicle and one on/off-road <br />motorcycle for the Police Department. The vehicles to be <br />acquired and this development's contribution shall be <br />determined prior to approval of the tentative map and shall be <br />based on the project's pro-rata share of the properties <br />developing in the southeastern foothill areas of the City. <br /> <br />32. All sanitary sewers and laterals shall be designed to flow by <br />gravity, unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />33. Grading of lots 24 through 28 shall be designed to pass <br />surface runoff from adjacent property to "G" Court. <br /> <br />34. The storm drain for the Mirador Drive extension shall be <br />designed such that the natural swale located between lots 49 <br />and 50 receives only a small amount of water during the time <br />of the year when the trees would naturally expect it. The <br />storm water run off during the summer and the peak of the flow <br />in the winter shall be kept in the storm drain conduit. <br /> <br />35. The applicant shall pay a pro-rata share of the costs to <br />upgrade the McCloud Pump station, as determined by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />36. This development shall be subject to the standard conditions <br />of development except for condition nos. 5, 7, 9, 14, 16, 20, <br />21, 23, 25, 29, 31, and 50. <br /> <br />37.
