This <br />project is not considered a new application under the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), so no new <br />environmental document accompanies this report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OP PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Tract 6362, the application of A-M Homes to <br />subdivide an approximately ll.7.94 acre site into 48 <br />single-family residential lots and eight remainder <br />parcels, consisting of open space areas located between <br />Highland Oaks Drive and West Las positas Boulevard (4440 <br />Foothill Road) subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
