The final location and design of the water reservoir and pump <br />station shall be submitted for the review and approval by the <br />Design Review Board to ensure that they are aesthetically <br />integrated into the hillside and Foothill Road corridor. <br /> <br />43. A storm drainage plan shall be submitted with the individual <br />grading plans for each custom lot as part of the Design Review <br />Board review and approval of each residence. Individual lots <br />shall not be permitted to drain onto adjacent residential <br />lots. <br />
