<br />31. The applicant/developer shall modify the existing traffic <br />signa1 at Santa Rita Road and 01d Santa Rita Road to the <br />satisfaction of the city Engineer, to provide signal <br />indicators and detectors for the new proposed private street. <br /> <br />32. The homeowner' s association shall be responsible for the <br />maintenance costs of the traffic signal detector loops within <br />their private driveway. The City will be responsible for the <br />actual maintenance of these loops. The city shall invoice the <br />homeowner's association for maintenance of the detector loops. <br /> <br />33. All utilities to the site shall be bored under Santa Rita Road <br />unless otherwise approved by the city Engineer. <br /> <br />34. The applicant/developer shall be responsible for all necessary <br />striping and signage change required by the bus stop <br />relocation. <br /> <br />35. All on-site and off-site utilities to serve the development <br />shall be shown on the tentative map. <br /> <br />36. All units shall be equipped with automatic rOll-Up sectional <br />garage doors. <br /> <br />37. The wall signage for the project shall be halo-lit. Specific <br />details shall be submitted to the Planning Department for <br />review and approval. <br /> <br />38. The building which contains units #1, #2, #3, and #4 shall be <br />reconfigured as shown on the "cut-sheet" presented at the <br />Planning commission hearing and on file with the city of <br />Pleasanton in order to increase the accessibility to unit #1. <br /> <br />39. Those units which are subject to exterior noise levels that <br />exceed 60 dB shall have information placed on the deed of <br />trust which notifies all future buyers of the projected noise <br />level.
