<br />REVISED <br /> <br />MINUTFS <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, CA <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br /> <br />Wednesday, December 11,1991 <br />7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of December 11, 1991 was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />by Chairman Mahem. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Jack Hovingh, Ron Horan, Sharrell Michelotti, Bob <br />Wright, and Chairman Mahem <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Wayne Rasmussen, Advanced Planner; Roger Higdon, <br />Assistant Director of Public Works; Greg Plucker, <br />Associate Planner; Dennis Beougher, Asistant City <br />Attorney; Brian Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development (came late); and Terry <br />Birkenfeld, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />. The Minutes of November 13, 1991 were approved as amended: <br /> <br />Page 3 - No.7: Commissioner Michelotti amended it to read: Commissioner Michelotti <br />called staff s attention to a potentially dangerous street situation on V alley Avenue near the <br />Business Park where a new driveway under construction has been moved closer to Quarry <br />Lane. In the future this may cause traffic problems with (1) abrupt stopping, and (2) the <br />driveway being used as a shortcut to Serpentine Lane. She suggested that the Traffic <br />Engineer consider speed bumps to deter the latter action.
