Ladies Fitness Center <br />Application for a conditional use permit to establish a ladies health and fitness center <br />within an existing building located at 4807 Hopyard Road, Suites 1-4 (Gateway Square <br />Shopping Center). Zoning for the property is PUD (planned Unit Development) - <br />Industrial/Commercial - Offices District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of Case UP-91-75, subject to <br />the conditions of the staff report. He clarified that staff does concur with the sound <br />attenuation and parking measures as discussed with the applicant. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Ira Jones, 4807 Hopyard Road, represented the application. He thanked staff for working <br />with them and felt the staff report was very good. He stated he has reviewed the staff <br />conditions and concurs with them. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti asked the applicant if the fitness center is strictly a "ladies only" <br />center.
