Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of Tentative Tract Map 6442 subject to the conditions of the staff report. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. Jim McKeehan, 6612 Stoneridge Drive, represented the application. A rendering of the project was available for review.
