He asked for clarification as to the Commissions' feeling about preservation of the farmhouse. Commissioner Horan pointed out to the applicant that as a home the 850 sq. ft. farmhouse was too small and that probably it would be more feasible to simply tear it down. Chairman Mahem noted that there was no guarantee that the farmhouse could achieve historical status anyway. She clarified that the applicant understands he must pay the additional cost of the sewer connections. The applicant said he would favor a continuance rather than a denial. This would give him a chance to consider a redesign with three lots. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CWSED. A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by Commissioner McGuirk for a continuance of Case PUD-91-5 as motioned. Amendments to the General Plan Map are requested to modify the existing balance of Low Density and Medium Density Residential uses and to add limited acreage of agricultural, commerciallbusiness and professional offices, and school. The Plan proposes land use and infrastructure improvements for the parcels within this area.
