He asked for clarification as to the Commissions' <br />feeling about preservation of the farmhouse. <br /> <br />Commissioner Horan pointed out to the applicant that as a home the 850 sq. ft. farmhouse <br />was too small and that probably it would be more feasible to simply tear it down. <br /> <br />Chairman Mahem noted that there was no guarantee that the farmhouse could achieve <br />historical status anyway. She clarified that the applicant understands he must pay the <br />additional cost of the sewer connections. <br /> <br />The applicant said he would favor a continuance rather than a denial. GP-91-7/Soecific Plan and Final <br />Enviroumental ImDact ReDort <br />Request to approve a General Plan" Amendment and Specific Plan for the 135 acre site <br />located generally north of Sycamore Road and east of Sunol Boulevard. Amendments to <br />the General Plan Map are requested to modify the existing balance of Low Density and <br />Medium Density Residential uses and to add limited acreage of agricultural, <br />commerciallbusiness and professional offices, and school. The Plan proposes land use <br />and infrastructure improvements for the parcels within this area.
