Glenna Bayer, 54 Apache Court, San Ramon, represented the application. She stated she has read the staff conditions and concurs with those discussed. In response to Commissioner McGuirk's concerns, she has no problem with installing a bike rack. Six computers would be used at the facility, but no networking is done. In response to discussion regarding the school age children, Ms. Bayer said the day time hours are primarily for preschool children; they do not take children out of their regular school to attend classes. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CWSED. A motion was made by Commissioner McGuirk, seconded by Commissioner Horan approving Case UP-91-60, subject to the conditions of the staff report with the following modifications: o Add a condition that the Building Code will be checked with regard to electrical wiring and outlets; o Add a condition that the Building Code will be checked with regard to fire rated walls and doors; and o Add a condition that the applicant shall provide bicycle racks. Anita Davidson Application for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a 4 lot single-family residential subdivision on an approximately 1.03 acres site located at 1635 Rose Avenue. Zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) District. Mr. Iserson presented the staff report recommending denial of Case PUD-91-5. Commissioner Horan commented that the Design Review Board had limited the amount of allowable garage space for the project. He felt that the homes as proposed were quite small.
