Ken Gooch Application for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for the renovation of an existing single-family residence and the construction of an additional 850 sq. ft. single-family residence on a 7,363 sq. ft. property located at 216 Kottinger Drive. Zoning for the property is RM-4,OOO District. Mr. Iserson presented the staff report recommending approval of Case PUD-91-9 subject to the conditions of the staff report. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. Ken Gooch, 1 Peters Avenue, represented the application. He stated that he has read the staff report and concurs with the conditions of approval. Commissioner Horan asked if Mr. Gooch will pay a portion of the utility connections. Mr. Gooch affirmed that he would do so. Commissioner Hovingh asked if the units are made accessible for the handicapped. Mr. Gooch also affirmed this matter. The Commission all agreed they liked the project very much.
