Ken Gooch <br />Application for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for <br />the renovation of an existing single-family residence and the construction of an <br />additional 850 sq. ft. single-family residence on a 7,363 sq. ft. property located at 216 <br />Kottinger Drive. Zoning for the property is RM-4,OOO District. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report recommending approval of Case PUD-91-9 subject to <br />the conditions of the staff report. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Ken Gooch, 1 Peters Avenue, represented the application. He stated that he has read the <br />staff report and concurs with the conditions of approval. <br /> <br />Commissioner Horan asked if Mr. Gooch will pay a portion of the utility connections. Mr. <br />Gooch affirmed that he would do so. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh asked if the units are made accessible for the handicapped.
