Phase II <br />Application for design review approval to allow the construction of a one-story, 105,500 <br />sq. ft. office building on a portion of Hacienda Business Park Lot llD located on the <br />southwest comer of Stoneridge Drive and Hacienda Drive. Zoning for the property is <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial, Commercial, and Offices District. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report recommending approval of Case PUD-81-30-54D <br />subject to the conditions of the staff report. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk questioned staff about the matter of excessive parking that has been <br />recently addressed by the Design Review Board. Mr. Iserson replied that nothing has been <br />changed in regard to parking as the prospective user will need all the spaces now allotted. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Al Chamara, 2415 Marina Square, Alameda, represented the application and stated this <br />process will conclude the final phase.
