<br />~ Resolution No. PC-91-61 was entered and adopted recommending approval of the Negative <br />Declaration prepared for Case PUD-9l-08 as motioned. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Horan, seconded by Commissioner Hovingh <br />recommending approval of Case PUD-91-08 subject to the conditions as contained in Exhibit <br />"B" with the following modifications: <br /> <br />o Modify Condition 3 to delete the last sentence and add as revised by the <br />applicant: The developer shall meet with the developer of Tract 6160 to the <br />north to coordinate the fencing to be installed by Tract 6160 and shall pay for <br />the entire cost of any other common property line fencing and its installation <br />as required; <br /> <br />o Modify Condition 5 to delete the word "strongly"; <br /> <br />o Modify Condition 6 to state that this development is not responsible for any of <br />the soundwa11 improvement on Foothill Road; that the elevation of Lot 1 shall <br />be determined in conjunction with the City Planning Department after the fmal <br />plans for the Foothill Road soundwall improvements are in place; <br /> <br />o That the maximum F.A.R. for the development shall be changed to .32 and <br />(excluding up to 450 sq. ft for the garage), not to exceed 3,600 square feet; <br /> <br />o That a condition be added in regard to Lots 2a and 4 that would articulate a <br />minimum of 30 ft. between the house on the south side, with a single-story <br />element on the southerly side; <br /> <br />o That there be a 20 ft. setback for the garage with a front face with regard to <br />only Lots 3 and 4 (which was a preference of the applicant); and <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Horan, Hovingh, McGuirk, Michelotti, and Chairman Mahern <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-62 was entered and adopted recommending approval of Case PUD-91- <br />08 as motioned. <br /> <br />The applicant was informed he has 15 days in which to appeal the decision to City Council. <br /> <br />Minutes Planning Commission <br />September 11, 1991 <br /> <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />. <br />
