A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by Commissioner Horan finding that the project would not have a significant impact to fish and game resources; and finding that the proposed PUD rezoning is consistent with the General Plan; making the PUD findings for the proposed development plan as listed in the staff report; and recommending approval of Case PUD-91-4, subject to the conditions of the staff report with the following modifications: o Amending Conditions 7, 8, and 10 deleting the words: "and/or prior to issuance of an occupancy permit for any of the office uses that would be allowed on the site by this rezoning;" o Amending Condition 10 to allow a 6-month timeframe for installation of landscaping; and o Adding Condition 11 that no heavy equipment be stored on the site.
