<br />Mr. Iserson requested that PUD-91-2, Ku; RZ-91-3, Schaeffer; PUD-85-15-2M, Golden <br />Eagle Farm Joint Venture; PUD-85-8-7M/PUD-81-30-25M, Prudential Insurance Co.; GP- <br />91-6 and PUD-91-7, Krabbe-Osicki; and GP-91-5, City of Pleasanton; be continued to <br />September 11, 1991. The Commission agreed to his request. <br /> <br />Chairman Mahern noted that the N. Sycamore Plan is scheduled for public hearing on <br />September 11. In view of the length of time anticipated for that hearing, she requested staff <br />defer some of the above continuances to another meeting. <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />1. Commissioner Michelotti called staff s attention to the signalization at the intersection of <br />Stoneridge Drive and Stoneridge Mall Road, just before going to the on-ramp to 1-680. She <br />noted that the trees along Stoneridge Drive obscure that sight line and she thought the signal <br />was only out to the first lane, rather than out to the second lane. Commissioner McGuirk <br />agreed with that assessment. <br /> <br />2. Commissioner Wright thanked Mr. Higdon for attention to correction of the sprinkler <br />problem at Koll Center. He also called attention to the fact that Professor Muldoon's Hot <br />Air Balloon was located in Pleasant Village about two weekends ago at a sandwich shop. He <br />talked to the owner of the shop who said that Professor Muldoon had told him he would take <br />care of any permits needed to display the balloon. Mr. Iserson said he would check on the <br />matter. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />UP-91-20. _llImes Griffen <br />Application for a conditional use permit to allow the construction of a secondary unit <br />located at 1 Roman Eagle Court. Zoning for the property is PUD - (planned Unit <br />Development) - LDRlOS (Low Density Residential/Open Space) District. <br /> <br />V-91-13. .1lImes Griffen <br />Application for a variance from the Municipal Code to permit an accessory structure <br />22' 3" in height where the maximum height permissible is 15', for property located at 1 <br />Roman Eagle Court. Zoning for the property is PUD (planned Unit Development) - <br />LDRlOS (Low Density Residential/Open Space) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report recommending denial without prejudice for Case UP- <br />91-20 and denial of Case V-91-13. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti questioned staff as to their major concern about the plans <br />presented.
