<br />~ <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti clarified the matter of fencing with Commissioner Wright. <br /> <br />Commissioner Horan endorsed Commissioner Wright's suggestion that where access is <br />readily available to the site, as it is off of Foothill Road and some of the cul-de-sac areas, <br />that fencing should be installed early in the construction stage to discourage entry of teens <br />and other unauthorized persons. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wright, amended by Commissioner Horan, and <br />seconded by Commissioner Hovingh approving the time extension to Tract 6160 subject to <br />the conditions contained in Exhibit "A" with the following modifications: <br /> <br />o Add a condition that Pan-Cal install temporary security fencing along Foothill <br />Road and any other areas available for access (street stubs) to the site within <br />30 days; <br /> <br />o Add a condition that the hours of operation be made available to the neighbors <br />within 300 feet of the property; along with the phone number of Pan-Cal <br />officials; <br /> <br />o That Pan-Cal and the City Planning Department determine whether additional <br />weed abatement is necessary between now and start of construction; <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the hours of operation Monday through Friday be changed to end at 5:00 <br />p.m., rather than 6:00 p.m.; and <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Horan, Hovingh, Michelotti, Wright, and Chairman Mahern <br />None <br />None <br />Commissioner McGuirk <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-58 was entered and adopted approving Tract 6160 as motioned. <br /> <br />PUD-85-1S-2M.
