Commissioner Wright called staffs attention to the past weekend when a Professor Muldoon's <br />hot air balloon was displayed at the No Sweat Fitness location. He had spoken to the owner who <br />had told him she did not think she needed a permit; that Mr. Muldoon had told her he would take <br />care of everything. <br /> <br />2. Commissioner Wright requested staff check the irrigation system in the median next to the <br />Fairgrounds near the Koll Center.
