<br />~ REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Swift requested that UP-91-20 and V-91-13, James Griffen; PUD-91-2, Ku; and PUD-91-4, <br />Dunkley/Mix/Hansen be continued to 8/28/91; and that UP-91-40, Hacienda Billiards, be <br />withdrawn. The Commission agreed to his request. <br /> <br />MA TIERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />1. Commissioner Wright called staffs attention to the past weekend when a Professor Muldoon's <br />hot air balloon was displayed at the No Sweat Fitness location. He had spoken to the owner who <br />had told him she did not think she needed a permit; that Mr. Muldoon had told her he would take <br />care of everything. <br /> <br />2. Commissioner Wright requested staff check the irrigation system in the median next to the <br />Fairgrounds near the Koll Center. He said water is continually running in the street at 5:30 a.m. <br />Mr. Swift said he will check it out. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />UP-91-20. .Tames Griffen <br />Application for a conditional use permit to allow the coustruction of a secondary unit located a <br />1 Roman Eagle Court. Zoning for the property is PUD - (Planned Unit Development) - <br />~ LDRlOS (Low Density Residential/Open Space) District. <br /> <br />V-91-13. .Tames Griffen <br />Application for a variance from the Municipal Code to permit an accessory structure 22' 3" in <br />height where the maximum height permissible is 15', for property located at 1 Roman Eagle <br />Court. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDRlOS (Low Density <br />Residential/Open Space) District. <br /> <br />A letter from the Board of Directors Grey Eagle Homeowner's Association was presented to the <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Application continued to 8/28/91. <br /> <br />UP-91-32. Kentuckv Fried Chicken <br />Application for a conditional use permit to construct a drive-through window and lane for an <br />existing fast-food restaurant located at 1803 Santa Rita Road.
