<br />,_ suggested that in doing a cost and traffic analysis that it be done for various scenarios as best as <br />possible to cover the number of units. <br /> <br />Commissioner Horan indicated he felt adding the Sunset Law might make it too complex, but that <br />staff could look into it. <br /> <br />After further discussion on the matter of the Sunset Law, Commissioner Hovingh recommended that <br />the committee look at the issue. Mr. Lee said they would research the matter. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner McGuirk, and seconded by Commissioner Hovingh regarding <br />the Ridgelands Final Report that based on the recommendations made by Chairman Mahern and the <br />Commission that staff go back with the Committee of 12 (composed of Chairmen, Vice Chairmen <br />and Recorders), work with them to keep the concept alive and address the technical aspects of the <br />plan; then send these recommendations to Council.
