<br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of Tract 6413 subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report. <br /> <br />Commissioner Horan asked if there is a condition to include a hose bib. Mr. Swift replied <br />Condition 6 does address that need and is on the northeast corner of the lot. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Mr. Mazi Garbani, one of the owners, represented the application. He stated he has read the <br />staff conditions and concurs with them. <br /> <br />mE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />Commissioner Horan discussed the driveway location with staff; he was concerned as it is on <br />a busy street scenario (Kottinger and First).
