<br />r-- <br /> <br />Page 13, 5th paragraph - UP-91-21, Phillies Cheesesteak: <br />commissioner McGuirk clarified that he asked if cigarette <br />machines would be allowed in the game room. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh commented that the report to city council <br />showing Planning Commission action regarding Case RZ-91-1 should <br />have been straight zoning, not PUD. Mr. Swift said that has <br />been corrected. <br /> <br />MEETXNG OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDXENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Swift requested that UP-91-20 and V-91-13, James Griffen; and <br />PR-91-2 be continued to 7-10-91; and that UP-91-28, Adkins be <br />continued indefinitely. The Commission agreed to his request. <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />1. The engineering department is of the opinion that <br />it meets city standards for sight distance at this time. <br /> <br />3. Commissioner Hovingh called attention to a previous traffic <br />obstruction at Muirwood North and Foothill Road. Prior to the <br />striping to prevent parking at the right hand curb, a pickup <br />camper was usually parked at that location. commissioner Hovingh <br />wondered if the owner of that vehicle had any other recourse to <br />parking. Mr. Swift commented that the City has the authority to <br />do what is necessary to procure safe conditions on the. streets. <br /> <br />4. Commissioner McGuirk called attention to posts being <br />installed for a wooden fence where the plaster fence ends at <br />Pleasant Hill in the Gold Creek area. The posts are set right to <br />the sidewalk and not in line with the existing plaster fence. <br />Mr. Swift said they were told they could not put the fence there <br />because of not having approval and was not shown on the original <br />plan.
