<br />REVrSED <br /> <br />MrNUTES <br />PLANNrNG COMMrSSrON <br />Pleasanton, CA <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br /> <br />WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26, 1991 <br />7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning commission meeting of June 26, 1991 was called to <br />order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Mahern. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Jack Hovingh, Hal McGuirk, Sharrell <br />Michelotti, Bob Wright (for Ron <br />Horan), and Chairman Marcelline <br />Mahern <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />Ron Horan <br /> <br />staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian swift, Director of Planning <br />and community Services; and Terry <br />Birkenfeld, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MrNUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of June 12, 1991 were unanimously approved as <br />amended: <br /> <br />Page 5, 4th paragraph - RZ-91-1 - city of Pleasanton: <br />commissioner Michelotti wished to add: "She felt the area is a <br />very unique one and that in the past she had witnessed other <br />areas where erosion of a rural character took place due to <br />piecemeal development.
