Commissioner Michelotti asked Mr. Swift to address a report on the <br />Environmental Monitoring System in Hacienda Business Park, and whether the <br />Commission would have an opportunity to review this report. Mr. Swift replied <br />that there have been no violations in regard to carbon monoxide monitoring; the <br />noise and air quality is now being monitored. He continued to say that this will be <br />addressed in the City's report and will be available to the Commission. <br /> <br />5. Chairman Mahern expressed thanks to staff for the preparation of a soundwall <br />catalog, making the Commission more aware of their choices. She also thanked <br />staff for arrangements made in regard to the joint meeting with City Council. <br /> <br />6. Commissioner McGuirk also thanked staff for time and effort spent on the joint <br />meeting; he asked whether a report of that meeting would be available. Mr. Swift <br />said staff is preparing a report of the meeting and it would be given to the <br />Commission. <br /> <br />In regard to a discussion at the joint meeting, Commissioner Horan commented <br />that he felt a Civil Engineer should be termed as a "professional" as well as an <br />architect. <br /> <br />7. Commissioner McGuirk asked Mr. Swift if they have received any complaints <br />about people parking adjacent to the Sports Park in the light of all the traffic <br />generated by Little League, Soccer, etc. Mr. Swift said this continues to be a <br />problem on some streets; however, calls about this matter have been going to the <br />Parks Department. <br /> <br />8. Commissioner Wright called attention to the potholes at the Sports Park and <br />asked if any action is taking place. He felt the situation is becoming quite <br />dangerous. Mr. Higdon replied the Street Department is preparing to address that <br />matter in the next several days. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />PUD-90-21. Rov ThomDson <br />Application for PUD rezoning and development plan approval for a three lot single- <br />family custom home development on a 0.98 acre site located at 6240 Sunol <br />Boulevard. Zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of Case PUD-90-21 <br />subject to the conditions of the staff report.
