<br />--- <br /> <br />REVISED <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, CA <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br /> <br />WEDNESDAY, MAY 8,1991 <br />7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of May 8, 1991 was called to order at <br />7:00 p.m. by Chairman Mahern. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Ron Horan, Jack Hovingh, Hal McGuirk, Sharrell <br />Michelotti, Bob Wright, and Chairman Marcelline Mahern <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Services; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of Public <br />Works; and Terry Birkenfeld, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of April 24, 1991 were unanimously approved as amended: <br /> <br />All amendments pertained to N. Sycamore Plan: <br /> <br />Page 14 - Commission's Comments - Commissioner Hovingh amended it to read: <br />"Ten acres should be reserved for a school site or some Public Institution or park if <br />a school site is not needed." <br /> <br />--- <br /> <br />Page 15 - third paragraph - Commissioner Michelotti deleted the last two sentences <br />and amended it to read: "In response to the public's call "to let the developer pay" <br />for an alternative route eastward and then southward, Commissioner Michelotti <br />reminded the audience that anytime a developer must pay for additional <br />improvements something else must be given up (such as a lower density) to pay <br />for the improvements." <br /> <br />MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION - MAY 8, 1991 Page 1 <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br />
