The <br />Commission apologized to staff for "sandbagging" their recommendation. <br />Commissioner Hovingh stated that Mr. Swift is doing an excellent job and he <br />would support a recommendation for a raise in salary. <br /> <br />In response to the Commission's question about a timeframe, Mr. Lee felt they <br />could have the information ready in about three months.
