<br />REVISED <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, CA <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br /> <br />WEDNESDAY, APRIL 10, 1991 <br />7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of April 10, 1991, was called to order at <br />7:00 p.m. by Chairman Mahern. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Ron Horan, Jack Hovingh, Hal McGuirk, Sharrell <br />Michelotti, Bob Wright, and Chairman Marcelline Mahern <br /> <br />~ Commissioners Absent: None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Services; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of Public <br />Works; and Terry Birkenfeld, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of the March 27, 1991, meeting were unanimously approved as <br />amended: <br /> <br />Page 6 - 4th paragraph, 2nd sentence- Tract 6400, Laurel Creek: Commissioner <br />Michelotti amended it to read: "However, tonight her job is to see if the plan <br />tonight is in conformance with what was PUD approved". <br /> <br />Page 12 - last paragraph and sentence - UP-91-4, Whitbeck: Commissioner <br />Michelotti amended it to read: "She stated that since the State has reviewed the <br />operation and has found that the operation is in conformance, her original concerns <br />have been met and she can support the application. <br /> <br />Page 6 - 5th paragraph - Tract 6400, Laurel Creek: Chairman Mahern stated that <br />she would eliminate lot 43, not the cui de sac. <br /> <br />MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION APRIL 10, 1991 Page 1 <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br />
