THE CITY OF <br /> <br /> Housing Authority <br /> Board of Directors <br /> Staff Report <br /> <br /> June 7, 2005 <br /> Housing Division <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Annual Operating Budget for Kottinger Place for Fiscal <br /> Year 2005/06 <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br /> Approve the attached Operating Budget for Kottinger Place. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br /> Adopt the attached draft resolution approving the attached Operating <br /> Budget and authorizing its submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing <br /> and Urban Development (HUD). <br /> <br />SUMMARY: The City Council, acting as the Board of Directors of the Housing <br /> Authority of the City of Pleasanton, is required to submit an annual <br /> operating budget for the Housing Authority each fiscal year. This report <br /> outlines an operating budget for Kottinger Place proposed by staff and <br /> provides a recommendation for approval. <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council: <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />Attached is the proposed Operating Budget for fiscal year 2005/06 (July 1, 2005, to June 30, <br />2006) for Kottinger Place. The document has been prepared by Barcelon Associates. As per the <br />Housing Commission's past direction, Barcelon has submitted a budget which it feels to be <br />realistic. A summary of income and expenditures ("Budget Footnotes") is included as an <br /> <br /> SR:05:150 <br /> <br /> <br />
