This work was added to the DeSilva Gates contract because <br /> it made sense to build these improvements at the same time as the realigned <br /> Vineyard Avenue improvements. Michael Callahan, owner of the property, <br /> has agreed to pay for these improvements. The current total cost for these <br /> improvements, including consultant fees, is approximately $121,400.
