He <br />said the music used to go until 2 or 3 am but that has now stopped. They are <br />willing to talk with Spieker Partners about the problems, but they wonder where it <br />is all going to stop. <br /> <br />Commissioner Horan told Mr. Kilroy he feels that Spieker Partners have tried to be <br />very accommodating to the neighbors. In addition, the Commission is trying to <br />restrict the use of the balloon. <br /> <br />Mr. Snugg returned to the podium. <br /> <br />Commissioner Horan said he is in favor of limiting the grand opening festivities to <br />the immediate proximity of the business that is opening. He felt that businesses <br />do need advertisement, but grand openings do not need to go on all year and that <br />they can be consolidated. <br /> <br />.
