Bonde Ranch <br />Application for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development <br />plan approval to construct a 149 unit single-family residential <br />development on the approximately 103 acre Bonde Ranch site <br />located along the northerly and southerly sides of Bernal Avenue, <br />2,250' southeasterly of Sunol Boulevard. Zoning for the property <br />is "A" (Agricultural) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />Case PUD-90-18 subject to the conditions of the staff report. He <br />said the staff report misrepresents the General Plan designation <br />on the site, and the rezoning would be to the Medium Density and <br />Low Density and Rural Density designation as it exists on the <br />General Plan. It now is applying for 115 units, with the <br />property owner's home making it 116 units. The staff report <br />also is inaccurate as to the cancellation date of the Williamson <br />Act; the correct date should be 1-1-1998.
